Welcome H.O.M.E ⌂
An oasis for artistry, family, and function - nestled in the heart of Highland Park, CA.
Community reimagined
More than just a gathering space, AYE•CHO•EMI is a H.O.M.E for those seeking authentic community and resources for creative evolution. As a black-owed grassroots organization, we create safe and educational spaces for artists, healers, and families to gather and create.
We are a multi-disciplinary artist collective providing creatives and musicians a platform to master their craft and celebrate it. A community garden turned into a lush event space hosting live performances, wellness activations, gatherings and more.
Our Story
Transforming an abandoned plot of land in the heart of East LA into a vibrant artist oasis was no small task. AYE•CHO•EMI (pronounced H.O.M.E.) began as an idea for a community garden at the height of the pandemic.
While the world stood still, founder Reign Morton used his time to research, secure access to the land, and set the groundwork for something bigger.
With little vision and support from neighbors and friends, we turned a forgotten space into something truly unforgettable. By August 21, 2023, construction was in full swing and later that fall AYE•CHO•EMI officially opened it’s doors.
The Mission
Is to cultivate an inclusive and uplifting ecosystem where community, culture, and artistry come alive.. To provide family-friendly, educational experiences where both children and adults can learn and grow in a safe environment.
We aim to inspire a holistic approach to well-being through art and music as tools for healing and connection.

"I wanted to create a positive change in my community and decided to gentrify my own neighborhood. AYECHOEMI embodies a true sense of community, providing a space where artists and dreamers can come together in a city that often feels isolating."
